The Ruth L. Holley Design Studio provides learning experiences that connect creativity with community. Each program is shaped by the belief that everyone deserves access to the tools, knowledge, and confidence to create. Through a blend of hands-on learning, mentorship, and shared exploration, our programs invite people to see design as a practice of growth and self-discovery.
Inside the studio, participants engage in private lessons, small group sessions, and workshops that introduce sewing, construction, and design principles. Each session encourages curiosity and experimentation while building technical skill and creative voice. Learners work within a professional environment that supports both individual focus and collective energy, allowing ideas to take shape in real time.
Beyond the studio, we partner with schools, youth programs, and local organizations to make arts education more accessible. These collaborations bring creative learning into classrooms, community spaces, and public events. Together, they create opportunities for people to connect through making, storytelling, and shared experience.
